1. Who we are

Deific Digital is a trade name of Deific Enterprises. Our registered address is 8th Floor, STPI, A1/4 UPSIDA Building, Lakhanpur, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208024, India. We are responsible for the personal data you give us through this website.

This page applies to visitors from the United Arab Emirates and supplements our full Privacy Policy.

2. Data we collect

• Data you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and message when you fill in our forms or write to us.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies only after you accept analytics cookies.
• WhatsApp conversations that you start with us.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver our services, improve our website and comply with legal obligations.

In most cases we rely on your consent, which we ask for before collecting your data, such as the consent box on our forms and the cookie notice. For contacting you on WhatsApp we ask for a separate, optional consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and CRM providers (for example Brevo), WhatsApp Business (Meta), Google Analytics (only after you consent) and hosting providers. We may also share data where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the UAE

Our team is based in India, so the data you provide from the UAE is processed in India and may be stored on our service providers’ servers in other countries. We transfer data only for the purposes described here, with appropriate safeguards, and with your consent where the law requires it.

6. Your rights under the UAE PDPL

Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:

• know how your data is processed and access it;
• ask us to correct or erase your data;
• ask us to restrict processing or object to it, including objecting to direct marketing;
• ask for your data to be transferred, where applicable;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, email hello@deificdigital.com with the subject “Data Request” and mention the email address or phone number you used with us. We aim to reply within 30 days.

7. Cookies

When you first visit, we show a cookie notice. Essential cookies always run because the site needs them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) stay off until you click “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

8. Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to comply with the law, then we delete or anonymise it. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and role-based access.

9. Data breaches

If a breach of personal data is likely to affect you, we will contain it quickly, notify the competent authorities and affected individuals as the law requires, and explain what happened, which data was involved and what you can do to protect yourself. 10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
